What if two people read it—and that’s enough?
As I sat across from
in a Substack Live, there was tremendous ease…the kind that comes from chatting with a friend, even though we’ve never met in person. We talked about the strange relief of leaving behind 10,000 followers for the handful who actually linger, the trembling pause before handing a handmade token to a stranger, the quiet miracle of showing up without a script or a mask.
We wondered aloud: What if the point isn’t to grow, but to stay—present, attentive, enough?
This wasn’t a conversation meant to sell or convince. It was a small offering, a practice in presence, in making something that might outlast the numbers.
If you’ve ever doubted whether your words or gestures matter, I hope you find a glimmer here. Sometimes the smallest ripples travel the farthest.
